Project Contributions: strategy, user experience, gamification and creative concepts
This product concept was a collaborative effort with Wunderman Minneapolis. The objective was to reimagine what a vendor's relationship with Best Buy and it's customers could look like. This concept focused on a more personalized, long-term relationship with a customer based on big-ticket electronics items they expressed an interest in. The design and execution of the prototype used to present the idea to the executive board was created in 3 days.
